As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will coordinate and process parts across multiple departments.

Hunter offers $25.25 as the starting rate with opportunities for advancement in level and pay. This position is for our 1st shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday)

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive and process all incoming Return Goods Authorization (RGA) related requests.
  • Coordinate all daily RMA-related projects with customers and service reps.
  • Conduct visual inspection on all incoming RGA orders before issuing credits.
  • Liaison with warehouse and other operational stakeholders to improve RGA handling efficiency and process flow.
  • Maintain detailed RGA tracking and records keeping via software.
  • Skid, wrap and process outgoing RGA parts.
  • Coordinate and process incoming parts across multiple departments.
  • Process incoming items in database according to its location.
  • Collaborate daily with other warehouse associates to process outgoing orders.
  • Pick, pack, weigh and process outgoing shipments using various courier software.
  • Complete weekly cycle counts and adjustments as required.
  • Use forklift to load and offload trucks.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience and/or training are required.
  • Must have 2 years of experience processing return goods authorization (RGA)
  • Must be able to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, overhead cranes, motorized pallet jacks, or manual pallet jacks.
  • Previous experience using an RF scanner preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers.
  • Basic skill level of computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, is highly desirable.
