As a Supply Chain & Operations Planning Co-Op, you will assist the planning and procurement in side-line research related to the procurement of supplies and services needed to support the Raymond Facility. Also, they will assist the Ops Planning section with data research related to parts internally and externally for plant support.

This position is for a Spring 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of January 2026 and running through the spring semester.

What You’ll Do:

  • The Co-Op will assist the planning and procurement with:
    • Canada warehouse stocking level management and order entry.
    • Service center stocking level evaluation, past dues, process improvement.
    • Work order management.
    • Evaluate inventory levels at all distribution sites.
    • Reporting on manufacturing interruptions related to procurement.
    • Assembly schedule review vs. demand, determine gaps and resolutions.
    • Shared resource with Procurement (Plant Buyers)
      • Cardboard ordering
      • Steel ordering
      • Purchase order entry
      • Amazon orders
      • Blanket orders
  • Additional duties assisting Ops Planning Dept:
    • Inventory/Warehouse analytics.
    • Stocking order entries.
    • Other tasks related to IFS implementation as needed.
