As a Representative II Customer Service, you will be responsible for supporting our National Accounts customers, Independent Sales & Service Representatives as well as our Authorized Distributors with orders, follow-up, and general questions.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our National Account customers, Authorized Distributors, and Independent Sales and Service Representatives.
- Focus on pricing, promotions, and account specific needs.
- Manage standard and non-standard order entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide first-contact resolution using established procedures and knowledge for well-defined issues.
- Resolve highly complex tickets through advanced analysis and cross-functional coordination.
- Use judgment to assess issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Manage complex, multi-variable orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and clear communication.
- Manage issues using defined escalation paths and approve minor exceptions within established guidelines.
- Identify patterns and trends, providing actionable insights that help inform decisions and improve customer experience.
- Support team members through basic troubleshooting and guidance.
- Maintain and enhance the knowledge base with clear, accurate, and actionable documentation.
- This position requires a reliable individual that can work independently and has the general skills needed to adapt to a wide variety of tasks.

What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service preferred.
- 6+ months of Hunter customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Apply strong knowledge of Hunter practices, policies, procedures, and customer experience standards when resolving customer needs.
- Must have good interpersonal skills when interacting with high-profile National Account customers.
- A detail-oriented professional who takes initiative in proposing solutions to challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, & Word)
